Senior behavioral health staff holding Press Ganey awards
Frankfort Regional Medical Center announced that it has been named a 2023 Human Experience (HX) Guardian of Excellence Award® winner for inpatient behavioral health by Press Ganey. The award places the program in the top 5% of healthcare providers in delivering patient experience in the last year. FRMC was also recognized with the Pinnacle of Excellence Award, as the top performer in the inpatient behavioral health category based on the performance on designated award survey measures for the three-year award period."

This award is part of Press Ganey’s annual ranking of the top hospitals and health systems in the country, according to performance in patient experience.
