The ROSE Award was established to honor the nursing support professionals that impact our patients and their families. ROSE is actually an acronym that stands for Recognition of Service Excellence.

The nominee for the ROSE Awards stands out for modeling compassionate, patient-family centered care that supports service excellence. They consistently meet all of the following criteria:

• Compassionate and sensitive caregiver
• Skillful & knowledgeable
• Provides exceptional care to the patient and family
• Acts as a positive influence on the patients, families, staff, and community
• Dedicated mentor who supports staff in their growth at FRMC

The ROSE Award Ceremony

Each ROSE Award winner will be recognized at a public ceremony in their unit and will receive: a certificate, ROSE Award pin, and cookies.
