Frankfort Regional Medical Center proudly announces the addition of interventional cardiologist Marty Denny, M.D. to its active medical staff. Dr. Denny has joined Bluegrass Cardiology Consultants in Frankfort. Dr. Denny specializes in cardiac catheterization and stent placement in patients who have critical blockages in their heart arteries.
"Dr. Denny will make a great addition to our medical staff, hospital and our community," said Chip Peal, Chief Executive Officer.
Dr. Denny received his doctorate of medicine from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Indiana. He completed his residency in internal medicine from the University of Louisville. Dr. Denny also completed a fellowship in cardiology from the University of Louisville. He is an active member and fellow of the American College of Cardiology, active member of the American Heart Association (Past President, Louisville Chapter) and Kentucky Medical Association, and Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Louisville.
