What: Filming of Pink Glove Dance Video (for breast cancer awareness)

When: August 1 at 5:30pm

Where: Frankfort Regional Medical Center (back parking lot), 299 King’s Daughters Drive, Frankfort

Why: It's fun, and to show your support for breast cancer awareness.

Frankfort Regional Medical Center is opening up the invitation for community members (particularly breast cancer survivors) to participate with a large group dance towards the end of the day on August 1 @ 5:30pm in the back parking lot of the hospital. Everyone is encouraged to wear pink, but it's not necessary (avoid logo apparel – Nike, Adidas, Under Armor, Polo, etc.). The hospital will be providing pink surgical gloves for everyone to wear.

Last year’s video can be seen at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pmbPX7lEQZg.

The winning organization will receive $25,000 for their charity. We have teamed up with the Kentucky Pink Connection - which provides support for breast cancer patients by reducing and/or eliminating barriers to screening, diagnosis and treatment.
