The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management, and ClearPath Mutual Insurance Company recently announced the 100 companies that made the 16th Annual Best Places to Work in Kentucky list.

"We are excited to be named a Best Place to Work in Kentucky," said Reed Hammond, Chief Executive Officer. "Receiving this honor for 14 consecutive years validates our culture and work environment for our colleagues. I am honored to work alongside such a strong, caring team of healthcare professionals who live out our mission of being committed to the care and improvement of human life every day."

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky 2020 list is made up of 100 companies in three categories - 38 in the small category (15-149 employees), 31 in the medium sized category (150-499 employees), and 31 in the large category (more than 500 employees). Frankfort Regional Medical Center was recognized in the large category.

The Best Places to Work in Kentucky competition is a multi-year initiative designed to motivate companies in the Commonwealth to focus, measure and move their workplace environments toward excellence. The initiative is based on FORTUNE magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work for in America" list. The selection process, managed by Best Companies Group, is based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.

Frankfort Regional Medical Center will be recognized and honored at an awards dinner Thursday, April 23, 2020, at Heritage Hall in the Lexington Convention Center. The final winner rankings will be announced at the event.
