Frankfort Regional Medical Center is sponsoring an “Ideas for Life” Expo to provide information about the resources, services and support systems available to help residents care for their aging family and friends. It will take place at the Frankfort Senior Activity Center at 202 Medical Heights in Frankfort on Thursday, September 24 from noon until 5 p.m.

Following Ideas for Life Expo, the hospital is sponsoring another event – “Dinner with a Doctor – Listen to Your Heart”, from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at the Frankfort Activity Center. The event includes a catered dinner, and the topic will be presented by Dr. Marty Denny, interventional cardiologist. The presentation will feature information about heart attack symptoms, treatment options, risk factors for cardiovascular disease and strategies for better heart health.
