You will receive the patient's room number and phone number, along with the condition report of satisfactory, fair or critical. Patient rooms may be dialed directly, ask the PBX operator for details. The cafeteria is located on the first floor of the hospital near the main entrance. The cafeteria is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and serves hot foods at the following designated times:
Monday - Friday
Breakfast: 6:30 am - 9:00 am
Lunch: 11:00 am - 1:45 pm
Dinner: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday - Sunday
10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Flowers sent to you will be delivered as soon as they arrive. However, flowers are not allowed in the Intensive Care Unit, Labor and Delivery area, or for patients in protective isolation.
Interpreter services for hearing impaired patients can be arranged through our Patient Representative at (502) 226-7892. Frankfort Regional Medical Center also provides interpreter services for foreign languages.
Lost and Found
If you have misplaced any of your belongings, please notify your nurse. Lost and found items are held with our Patient Representative.
Mail is delivered to patients daily. A hospital staff member will post outgoing mail for you. Any mail received after you have been discharged will be forwarded to your home address.
Newspapers are available for purchase in the front lobby.
Complimentary parking is available in the south parking lot. Visitor parking is denoted by the white parking space lines.
The hospital is able to provide for pastoral care and other spiritual services for patients who request them.
Food vending machines are available near the entrance to the Cafeteria and in the Emergency Department waiting area. Beverage vending machines are located in the vending area, OB waiting room, ICU waiting room, Surgery Center waiting area and on the third, fourth and fifth floors.
