Ideas for Life Expo on Sunday, Sept. 29
Frankfort Regional Medical Center is sponsoring an “Ideas for Life” Expo to provide information about the resources, services and support systems available to help residents care for their aging family and friends. The event will take place at the Capital Plaza Hotel at 405 Wilkinson Blvd in Frankfort on Sunday, September 29 from 11am until 4pm
Event speakers and exhibitors will be available throughout the day for questions, demonstrations and service information. Topics include:
- how to prepare for the future
- advance directives
- what you need to know as you get older
- home accessibility
- long term care
- orthopedic options for hip replacement
- advanced surgical options
- foot care and managing diabetes
The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be served.
