Chief Financial Officer


Matthew Oliver, a native of Metropolis, Illinois, joined Frankfort Regional Medical Center as the Chief Financial Officer in January 2016. In this role, Matthew is responsible for the daily oversight of the accounting, medical records, case management, supply chain, information systems and patient account services.

Prior to joining Frankfort Regional, Matthew served as the CFO of John Randolph Medical Center, a 147-bed facility located in Hopewell, Virginia. He also served previously at Frankfort Regional as the Controller, where he was responsible for management of the accounting department, and as a Manager in the Internal Audit Department of Hospital Corporation of America in Nashville, Tennessee, where he was responsible for supervising financial and internal control audits of HCA hospitals, surgery centers and shared service centers.

Matthew earned his bachelors of arts in business with a focus in accounting from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky. He's an actively licensed CPA and Chartered Global Management Accountant. Matthew is active in the community and is a past recipient of the President's Volunteer Service Award recognizing community service.
