For the second straight year, the Wound Care Center & Hyperbaric Medicine at Frankfort Regional Medical Center received the Center of Distinction Award by Healogics, Inc., the nation’s largest provider of advanced wound care services. The Wound Care Center also received the Robert A. Warriner, III, MD, Center of Excellence Award.

The Center of Distinction Award is achieved for obtaining outstanding patient outcomes for 12 consecutive months, including patient satisfaction over 92%, a 91% wound healing rate within 30 median days to heal, and other quality outcomes. The Robert Warriner, III, MD, Center of Excellence Award is based on high patient satisfaction, exceptional healing rates and outstanding clinical outcomes for 24 consecutive months.
